Your body and voice are your most important tools for personal protection. This class is specifically designed for women who are ready to become more capable, confident, and prepared to fight back if necessary. In under 2hrs of training we’ll cover the most common threats women deal with and the framework of how to neutralize them so you go home safe. Learn the physical skills to be harder to hurt.
You’ll learn and practice:
What to say and do when approached by an unknown stranger
How and where to strike an attacker at close range
How to escape a grab whether, it’s on your wrist, arm, or body
How to effectively fight from your back and how to safely get up
Build the practical skills and be better prepared to use them.
